Healing for the Whole Self

Moon and Sun is a Reiki healing practice rooted in the belief that true wellness begins when our life force energy flows freely. I'm a certified Level 3 Reiki practitioner, 33 years old, based in Portland, Oregon — and I've been walking my own healing journey since 2020.

That journey is what led me to this work. Whether you are navigating stress, emotional heaviness, or a desire to deepen your spiritual connection, Reiki meets you exactly where you are — offering support across all levels: body, mind, and spirit.

My goal is simple: to reach as many people as I can with this healing. I offer distance sessions from anywhere, and for in-person work, I'm happy to travel to wherever you call home.
